Should you wish to courier stands and materials in advance of the event, please address the parcels to yourself and send to the following address using the Delivery and Return labels available to download below:
Important: Deliveries for this event will only be accepted on Wednesday, 18 February 2015 (the day before the conference) between the opening hours of 9am-5pm.

Access:
Access times available for exhibitors are as follows:
Wednesday, 18 February 2015 – 3pm-5pm
Thursday, 19 February 2015 – 7am-8.15am (Delegate registration from 08.30am)
All stands must be erected by no later than 8.15am on the morning of the event prior to the start of the Registration period which commences at 8.30am.
Note: Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost of £15.99 + VAT.
Arriving by car
If arriving by car with materials a loading access area is available directly outside the main entrance to the Congress Centre. Two public car parks are also available nearby.

3. Select the stand you wish to book and follow the journey
4. Ensure you have all the stand contacts information as this information is required at the time of booking
5. Ensure you have your logo (hi-res version only) and your Exhibitor Profile (120 words max) ready to upload as this is also required at the booking stage
