  • 2. Conference Programme Guide Sponsorship £2995.00 - SOLD


    This package provides the opportunity for you to sponsor the 16 page printed programme guide (approx) given to each attendee which will include the agenda, speaker profiles and exhibitor/sponsor profiles.

    Branding
    Exclusive opportunity to have your logo on the front cover of the Conference Programme Guide which are given to all delegates.

    Advertising
    • 1 x full page advert inside the front cover of the conference programme guide – sponsor to provide copy and artwork by the agreed deadline
    • Inclusion of a sponsor profile on the conference website of no more than 120 words plus sponsor logo with a hyperlink to the sponsor’s homepage
    • Use of the 2020 Vision Conference logo in sponsor’s own marketing materials
    • Sponsor logo added to a rolling banner visible on all pages of the Conference Website
    • 1 x delegate leaflet insert to be added to the delegate packs (1 x A4 single sheet)

    The conference Voting Pads Sponsorship comprises of Interactive CliCKAPAD Voting Pads  given to all attendees during the conference.

    • Acknowledgement from the Chair during the opening and closing addresses
    • Logo on the Supporting Sponsors page within the printed Conference Programme Guides
    • Temporary sponsor branding on the Voting Pads (CLiCKAPAD)
