Our speakers will represent all of the main stakeholders including employers, learners, government, unions and providers. We’re not asking them to observe what is happening now; instead we’re inviting them to look ahead on how the value of the government’s investment in employment and skills can be maximised in response to changing employer needs. A real challenge!
This event will put a heavy emphasis on audience participation and lively debate. We will use voting technology to get the views of our delegates as a means of influencing speakers and policymakers in the run-up to an important election with skills and employment likely to be key parts of the manifestos.
