Sponsorship Packages

There are currently a range of sponsorship opportunities available including:

£5,000 + VAT Headline Sponsor - SOLD
This sponsorship package gives your organisation the opportunity to become the headline sponsor of the Youth Friendly Employment Conference.

The package includes:

Speaking Opportunity
  • Opportunity to address the delegates during the conference
Exhibiting
  • One complimentary 3x3 exhibition stand space including:
  • Two exhibitor stand contacts
  • Provision of a table and two chairs and access to power
  • Complimentary access to all areas of the conference for stand contacts
  • Inclusion of an exhibitor profile on the website of no more than 120 words plus your company logo with a hyperlink to your homepage
Hospitality
  • 3 x additional delegate places to attend the conference
Advertising
  • Headline Sponsorship branding on the website:
  • Headline Sponsor dedicated page on the conference website with a link to your organisation’s website
  • Sponsor branding on all communications in the run-up to the conference
  • Sponsor branding on all event materials, badges and signage
  • 2 x leaflet inserts into the delegate packs given to all attendees on arrival

Drinks Reception Sponsor
The Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception is an ideal networking opportunity prior to the Gala Dinner.

The package includes:

Branding
  • Opportunity for a short 3 minute welcome address to attendees
  • Acknowledgement from the chair during the opening and closing addresses
  • Acknowledgement in the printed dinner menus
  • Logo on the Supporting Sponsors page within the conference programme guide
Advertising
  • Display of your corporate logo on the conference website and a hyperlink to your homepage
  • ½ page colour display in the printed Conference Programme Guide (using supplied copy and artwork)
  • Up to 75 words supporting message and contact details to appear in the main Conference Programme Guide
  • 2 x single ‘pop up’ display stands (to be supplied by the sponsor) may be positioned in the foyer
  • Sponsor logo on one of the conference set screens during the dinner (note this will be alongside other sponsor logos)
  • Sponsor logo added to a rolling banner visible on all pages of the Conference Website
