Please note the following information:

The Youth Employment UK Conference 2015 has been organised by the Events Team at AELP in conjunction with YEUK CIC.

Payment
All bookings and payments will be processed on-line and all costs are subject to VAT.

Venue
This Conference is being held at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London. Further information on the venue and location for this conference can be found on the Venue page including the hotel's postal address, travel information and contact telephone number.

Confirmation
Confirmation of bookings will be sent to the delegates(s) upon completion of the on-line registration form and payment on this site.

If you have not received confirmation of your registration from AELP within two days of making your booking, please contact the AELP Events Team on 0117 947 2097 or via email at events@aelp.org.uk

Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 5.00pm on Tuesday, 10 November 2015 are fully refundable. Cancellations made between the period Wednesday, 11 November 2015 up to and including 5.00pm on Tuesday, 17 November 2015 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking.

For any cancellations made after this date, the full invoice amount will be payable. However, there is no charge for substitutions which will be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 27 November 2015.

Substitutions
Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable but will only be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 27 November 2015. Please contact the AELP Events Team via email to arrange at events@aelp.org.uk

Programme/Agenda
AELP reserves the right to change the programme/agenda, content, speakers, workshops and venue as necessary or cancel the conference. If the conference is cancelled, AELP will endeavour to contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as part of your booking journey.
