Venue Deliveries & Collections
Deliveries to the venue will only be accepted on Wednesday, 5 December 2018 between the hours of 7.00am and 4.00pm and collections by courier companies post-conference should be made on the same day that the event finishes.

Before Dispatch, please contact Cristina Pedroche by email h5623-sb1@accor.com with the following details:

  • Total Quantity/number of items to be delivered
  • Make up of cases
  • Estimated Delivery time and date
  • Date of Collection
  • Total Quantity/Number of items to be collected
Exhibitor Labels
All items for delivery and collection with the venue must use these labels. Note: It is advisable to attach one of these labels to each item and specify item 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.

Access for Set-up
Access to exhibitors is available from 7.00pm – 8.00pm the night prior and from 7.30am on the morning of the event.

Exhibition Breakdown
Exhibitors may breakdown and leave the conference after the afternoon break.

Exhibitor Parking
There is a car park in the basement of the hotel with 140 parking bays. Guests and delegates can benefit from preferential resident rates.
