Bally BhogalChief ExecutiveIndependent Training & Skills Services Limited Bally is CEO of ITSS Ltd, an independent apprenticeships and training consultancy firm helping organisations to set up their own apprenticeship programmes and assisting providers to improve the management of their training and apprenticeship programmes. Before establishing ITSS Ltd, Bally worked at leadership level within a private apprenticeship training provider delivering c. 4000 apprenticeship programmes and multi-million pound European Social Fund (ESF) funded training programmes. She is a specialist in government-funded training initiatives and a qualified business adviser helping employers to develop their apprenticeship strategy, access apprenticeships, procure training providers, design and implement apprenticeships (levy-paying employers) and manage partners. Bally has also previously worked at Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) on the Employment, Skills and Apprenticeships agenda and is a member of the North Birmingham Employment & Skills Board. |
