The Government and industry leaders are throwing down the gauntlet to universities, challenging them to make it their mission to teach the skills that are needed by employers and to achieve better employment outcomes. However,better alignment of courses with industry needs and achieving better employment outcomes for students have not traditionally been issues at the top of the agenda for most universities. How, then, can they be tackled?.

AELP

The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) is the leading trade association for vocational learning and employment providers in Britain. The majority of its 840+ members are independent, private, not-for-profit and voluntary sector training and employment services organisations.
