Anne Stott Senior Account Manager, OneFile Anne Stott is OneFile's senior account manager – but her journey into the education sector began over 30 years ago. She started out at the University of Central Lancashire working in the admissions team. During her time there, she was encouraged to progress her own education, and she studied Business Management part time over 6 years. Anne then moved to Blackpool and The Fylde College, where she was first introduced to work-based learning. After working in the college's training office, she reintroduced apprenticeship programmes into the school of Business and Professional Studies. During her 12 years at the college, Anne was responsible for delivering apprenticeship programmes from level 2 to level 4. Under Anne's leadership, the focus on apprenticeships increased and the team grew, so they decided to invest in an eportfolio. They chose OneFile, and this started Anne's journey into electronic portfolios. In 2011, she was then given the opportunity to work at OneFile, where she's expanded her knowledge of apprenticeships – including degree apprenticeships – and progressed to senior account manager. At OneFile, she continues to champion apprenticeships and is the driving force behind customer training and sharing best practice events. Anne is passionate about work-based learning and believes that with the support of employers and training providers, there can be no better introduction to the world of work. |
