Wifi is complimentary for all Exhibitors.
Venue Deliveries & Collections
All goods to be delivered to Ibis London Earl’s Court, 47 Lillie Road, London SW6 1UD, between the hours of 7.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Goods will not be accepted more than 24 hours prior to the event unless previously agreed with the hotel.
Exhibitor Labels
All items for delivery and collection with the venue must use these labels. Note: It is advisable to attach one of these labels to each item and specify item 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.

Access for Set-up
Access to exhibitors is only available from 7.30am on the morning of the conference.
Exhibition Breakdown
Exhibitors may breakdown and leave the Expo after the final Exhibitor Briefing Slot at 3.15pm.
Note: A charge will be made by the venue to any exhibitor who leaves behind any unwanted materials/rubbish. Please ensure you remove everything from your exhibition booth by close of play of the Expo to avoid this cost.
