NEBULA Zone - Cloud Computing Skills for the Public Sector

The event will also provide an opportunity to review the resources produced by NEBULA a collaborative EU partnership set up to:
  • Define skill needs of the labour market for cloud computing skills and competences in Europe
  • Understand the skills of public sector employees to identify the skills gap and training needs
  • Design a Vocational Education and Training programme that develops skills in business change management, communication, analysis and negotiation as well as technical skills
